Q4：Do you offer OEM/ODM services？
A： Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services. We can develop and produce gearboxes according to your drawings, specifications, or samples.
Q5：What is your MOQ？
A： Our MOQ is 1 piece for prototypes and sample orders. Bulk orders enjoy volume discounts.
Q6：Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order？
A： Yes, samples are available. Sample cost and shipping fees apply but will be refunded upon bulk order confirmation.
Q7：What is your lead time？
A： If we have stock, we can ship within 2-3 days. For a full container order, it takes about 3 weeks to arrange production and shipping.
Q8：What are your payment terms？
A： We accept T/T（30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment）and L/C. Trade terms: FOB, CIF, CNF, or EXW.
Q9：How do you package gearboxes for export？
A： Small gearboxes: standard export cartons. Large gearboxes: fumigated wooden crates or non-wooden cases. All packaging meets international shipping standards.
Q10：What is your warranty period？
A： We offer a 6 month warranty covering material defects, manufacturing errors, and lubrication failures. Normal wear and tear from improper use is excluded.
Q11：What if the gearbox fails during warranty？
A： We will provide the necessary replacement parts to you for local repair.

A： 100% inspection at every production stage. Final products undergo hardness testing, vibration analysis, and performance validation before shipment.
